Enric Farrés Duran, 1983. He has a degree in Art and Design (Massana School-UAB) and in Philosophy (UB). During his studies, he participated in a one-year exchange program at the WdKA in Rotterdam. His projects have been exhibited in places such as MNAC (Un col·leccionisme heterodox: EL llegat T.F., 2014), the MACBA (La realitat invocable), the Josep Pla Foundation (4 dies sense pati), the Antoni Tàpies Foundation (Factotum), and the Art Centre Torre de Montadas (Parísnoseacabanunca#ElPrat), among others. He has been a resident artist in the Hangar and he is currently preparing an exhibit in the Capella de SanRoc in the Dèria cycle as well as an individual exhibit in the etHALL gallery. The artist will take us through his work as well as his project París no se acaba nunca # Poblenou, where he traces a path from an initial coincidence and placement, which connects Can Felipa, an artistic institution centred on emerging art, and a Contemporary Painting Museum belonging to a private foundation. Enric Farrés-Duranos proposal mixes elements of both institutions, in a way that some paintings of the latter are exhibited in a context of emerging art, while the work of some very young artists was mixed with traditional pieces. http://enricfarresduran.com/
