With 15 years of experience working as a chef and consultant in the international cuisine, Lara Petrella has directed her career to a healthy and home-made kitchen, which provides functional food.

This how her newest catering project Lapetrella was born, where she works as a personal chef preparing customized meals for all kind of bellies.

Her concept is to prepare healthy food that provides wellbeing through the harmony of taste and nutrients. For that she puts a lot of love and care about balancing the organoleptic properties of food to touch all your senses.

For the festival ÚS Barcelona, Lapetrella proposes special gluten-free, whole and vegan pancakes!
